Charlotte Luise Müller was born in 1996 in Hallein, Austria, where she graduated from the Musisches Gymnasium Salzburg. She is a legal assistant and works as an attorney at gençer & coll. Attorneys and Tax Advisors, specializing in immigration law, citizenship law, family law, and consumer protection law.
She studied law at Friedrich-Alexander University of Erlangen-Nuremberg and passed the First State Examination in 2021 with high honors. She specialized in “Criminal Science / Medical and Economic Criminal Law” during her university studies, graduating with the highest honors. She passed the Second State Examination in Law in 2023 at the Higher Regional Court of Nuremberg and was subsequently admitted to the bar as a legal assessor.
From 2021 to 2023, Ms. Müller served as a grader for the Hemmer legal review course. In this role, she regularly graded exams at the first-stage bar exam level and consistently maintained a high level of expertise in substantive law as well as in her analytical and procedural approaches. Her daily engagement with exam papers sharpened her eye for precise legal classification, structured argumentation, and a clear presentation of complex legal issues.
In her legal practice, Ms. Müller has focused on cases involving immigration and citizenship law—ranging from general residence and immigration law to business migration and skilled worker immigration law, as well as naturalization proceedings. She assists clients in establishing and securing their residency status, in preparing for and navigating visa, residency permit, and naturalization procedures, as well as in dealing with government agencies and consulates.
Another key focus of her practice is family law, particularly in cases that are highly emotionally taxing for those involved. In this area, Ms. Müller primarily serves as a guardian ad litem, representing the interests of children in family court proceedings. She combines legal diligence with great empathy and strong communication skills to support child-centered, sustainable solutions. In addition, she advises and represents clients in general family law and consumer protection law, particularly in cases with an international dimension—such as contractual matters (carpets and jewelry) related to package tours involving Turkey, Morocco, Dubai, Cyprus, Greece, Crete, and Northern Cyprus.
In terms of language skills, Ms. Müller has an international outlook: she speaks English fluently and also has a good command of Spanish, which she honed during a stay abroad as an au pair in Marbella, Spain, among other things.
Her strong communication skills are also evident in her dedication and interests: she has worked as a dance instructor for children and teenagers aged 3 to 17, sings in a choir, has an interest in literature, music, and cuisine, and maintains an open, warm, and approachable manner with people. Her many years of empathetic work with children are reflected today in her role as a guardian ad litem, in which she represents the interests of children in family court proceedings with particular sensitivity and responsibility.
Since December 2023, Ms. Müller has been contributing her solid legal training, litigation experience, and strong communication skills to cases involving immigration and citizenship law, family law—with a particular focus on serving as a guardian ad litem—and consumer protection law at gençer & coll. In doing so, she places great emphasis on providing clear advice, transparent guidance throughout proceedings, and solution-oriented representation of her clients’ interests.
