Mr. Guillermo Antonio Castillo Martínez was born in Venezuela in 1990 and completed his law studies at Universidad Fermín Toro, successfully graduating in 2013 with the title of Licenciado en Derecho (equivalent to a German law degree). Subsequently, he pursued English studies in New York until 2015.
Since 2016, he has been active in the legal field, possessing extensive practical experience, particularly in civil, commercial, and contract law. In Venezuela, he worked as a secretary in child protection coordination for the state's judicial district and later as a legal advisor for both public and private institutions – with a special focus on corporate consulting and contract drafting.
Between 2014 and 2021, Mr. Castillo also worked as an English teacher at the Piccadilly English Center in Venezuela, where he taught children, teenagers, and adults at various levels. This extensive teaching experience highlights his strong intercultural communication skills, didactic abilities, and particular sensitivity in dealing with language and people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
From 2020 to 2023, Mr. Castillo served as a legal advisor in state institutions, including the Fondo de Protección Social de los Depósitos Bancarios and Mercabar, where he was involved in drafting corporate contracts.
In addition to his professional work, Mr. Castillo volunteers in various social projects – particularly in refugee aid, community work, church activities, and the queer community.
Beyond his strong interest in business law, Mr. Castillo is distinguished by his high social competence, teamwork skills, and intercultural empathy. Since May 2025, he has been part of the team at gençer & coll. in Nuremberg, primarily providing support in international legal consulting.
