Are you interested in collaborating with a Turkish company under a service contract? You must be aware that rules have been established for both your business and the Turkish company.
For example, if a company has up to 50 commercial employees, only up to 15 contract workers are eligible for approval. Additionally, the number of contract workers must not exceed that of the commercial employees of the German company. Furthermore, intergovernmental agreements establish so-called quotas, which are maximum numbers specifying how many workers from one country may be sent to Germany. These quotas are exclusively allocated and confirmed by the competent ministry in the home country (quota allocation authority) to companies that meet the specified allocation criteria. This confirmation must always be obtained and submitted by the foreign company itself.
