Mrs. Eva Blomeier was born in Landsberg/Lech in 1975. After completing her Abitur (German higher education entrance qualification) at the Descartes-Gymnasium in Neuburg/Donau, she spent a year as an au pair in the USA before going on to study law at Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen. She completed her studies in 2004 with the First State Examination in Law, which included a year of study abroad as part of the Socrates-Erasmus program at UCC University College Cork, Republic of Ireland. During her legal traineeship (Rechtsreferendariat) at the Higher Regional Court of Nuremberg, which she successfully concluded with the Second State Examination in Law, she spent several months, among other placements, at the Family Court of the Nuremberg District Court in the department specializing in international family law and international child abductions under the Hague Convention. Since 2012, she has been a certified specialist lawyer for family law. She has been working at the law firm gençer & coll. since October 2018.
