Approval Procedures

Once all documents have been compiled, they are reviewed by the responsible Stuttgart Employment Agency.

Compliance with procedural regulations.

The contract for work procedure is centrally reviewed nationwide by the Stuttgart Employment Agency (as of April 2019). This agency examines the contract for work for its economic viability and compliance with other regulations, such as the qualifications of the employees to be deployed, adherence to employment conditions, and the provision of mandatory evidence, such as quota confirmations.

Once all documents are available, fees for the review must be paid upon submission before the examination. Furthermore, before the issuance of contract worker cards, term fees must be paid.

We provide you with comprehensive and expert advice. The approval procedure is quite complex and opaque for laypersons. Our experience allows us to show you which priorities are sensible within the framework of the approval procedure.

We provide assistance even before you submit your application.

Even before submission, we will inform you and ensure that all aspects are considered, particularly:

- Completeness of the documents to be submitted
- Preliminary assessment
- Assistance in complying with current wage and working conditions
- Review of licensing requirements to be observed under crafts regulations
- Clarification regarding tax law matters

Please note that the process with the Federal Employment Agency can also take a considerable amount of time; you should expect at least 4 weeks after submitting all complete documents. The total processing time is typically at least 3 months before the intended start date of the work.
