Ms. Tanja Schröder, born in Eichstätt in 1984, successfully completed her secondary school leaving certificate at the Altmühltal Realschule in Beilngries in 2002. From 2002 to 2005, she successfully completed her training as a legal assistant in a law firm in Ingolstadt with an average grade of over 1.0 and received the State Prize of the Government of Upper Bavaria and an award from the Munich Bar Association for her achievements.

While working as a paralegal in a reputable law firm in Nuremberg from 2005, she completed her training as a certified legal specialist until 2011 and continued to work in this law firm until 2013. She then worked in a large medium-sized law firm in Nuremberg as a certified legal specialist from 2014 to mid-2023. She was responsible for the departments of judicial dunning, enforcement, personnel management, processing and training as well as accounting. In addition, she was responsible for general office administration and organization. She was also responsible for the technical office equipment and quality management, as well as the independent processing of civil and insolvency law cases.

Ms. Schröder is a trainer in accordance with the AEVO of the Nuremberg Chamber of Industry and Commerce, was a lecturer for enforcement law (advanced training course ReFaWi) at the MH Fachseminare in Munich and is a member of the vocational training committee of the Nuremberg Bar Association. Last but not least, she was also a speaker for the training initiative of the Nuremberg Bar Association.

Since September 2023, she has been working at gençer & coll. Attorneys and Tax Consultants since September 2023.
