Tax Assistant / Tax Clerk / Office Specialist (m/f/d) with a focus on taxation

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated and reliable employee to join us as soon as possible in the areas of tax and office administration.

We are an international law firm specializing in cross-border matters between Germany and Turkey. To further strengthen our Nuremberg office, we are seeking a tax specialist to join our team.

Your Responsibilities

With a focus on tax matters:

  • Preparation and assistance with filing tax returns
  • Review, Request, and Preparation of Tax-Related Documents
  • Communication with clients, tax authorities, and external agencies
  • Assistance with tax matters involving foreign countries, particularly Germany and Turkey
  • Deadline Tracking and File Management
  • General office, secretarial, and administrative duties
  • Potential for taking on additional responsibilities in the areas of organization or language

Your Profile

  • Ideally, training as a tax clerk, business training, or a comparable qualification
  • Alternatively, relevant professional experience in the tax, administrative, or law firm sector
  • Excellent written and spoken German
  • Good written and spoken Turkish
  • A structured, meticulous, and independent work style
  • Reliability, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work well with others
  • Proficiency in common office software
