The nation on the Bosphorus has become significantly more stable and is currently experiencing the highest economic growth in Europe.

Turkey aims to align its commercial law with that of the EU. Significant legislative changes have already been implemented. A comprehensive reform of the Commercial Code has been passed, and corporate law has been harmonized with Central European models. Turkey has acceded to the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, and a modern investment law ensures extensive equal treatment for domestic and foreign investors, simplifying foreign investments.

In our seminar, we will prepare you for the following topics:

  • Designing legally sound contractual agreements
  • Avoiding pitfalls – even with complex contractual frameworks
  • Successfully conduct negotiations with Turkish partners
  • Revisions to the Turkish Commercial Code
  • and much more!
